Lactotest 102 has been developed to provide quick and reliable diagnosisof gastro-intestinal disorders measuring carbohydrate breakdown deficiencies and/or malabsorption. Particularly efficient for lactose intolerance screening, the instrument also gives good indication of excessive bacterial growth in the gut and evaluates intestinal transit time. The electrochemical sensor with thermal compensation delivers a reliable, rapid and inexpensive system of measurement.
